1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 medium zucchini, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large red onion, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large lemon, quartered and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons za’atar seasoning

Preheat the Heat Source: Heat oven to 400°F or preheat the grill to medium-high.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chicken, zucchini, red onion, and lemon slices. Drizzle with olive oil and toss well.

Season with Za’atar: Sprinkle za’atar seasoning evenly over the mixture, then toss again until every piece is coated.

Thread the Skewers: Alternate chicken, zucchini, onion, and lemon slices onto skewers. Keep spacing even.
