1 (8.5-ounce) bag kettle-style potato chips, any flavor
1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 large eggs, whisked

Heat the Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Prepare the Coating: Place kettle chips in a food processor and pulse until finely crumbled. Alternatively, crush them in the bag with a rolling pin. Transfer crumbs to a shallow bowl.

Whisk the Eggs: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.

Coat the Chicken Nuggets: Dip each chicken piece into the egg mixture using your right hand. Transfer to the chip crumbs and use your left hand to coat evenly, pressing crumbs lightly so they stick. Place coated nugget on the baking sheet. Repeat until all nuggets are coated.

Bake the Nuggets: Bake for 12 minutes. Remove tray, flip each nugget carefully, and return to the oven. Bake another 8 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through to 165°F and coating is crispy.
