Ingredients
* 2 large Chicken Breasts
* 4 strips Turkey Bacon (cooked)
* 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
* 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
* ½ cup Ranch Dressing
* Salt and Pepper to taste
* Fresh Parsley and Tomatoes for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Carefully slice chicken breasts to create pockets without cutting all the way through.
3. In a bowl, mix cheddar, cream cheese, turkey bacon, and ranch dressing.
4. Stuff chicken with the filling evenly.
5. Place in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
6. Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice and garnish before serving.
