A quick, easy, and incredibly flavorful recipe for succulent shrimp tossed in iconic Old Bay seasoning and cooked to perfection in the air fryer. The perfect appetizer or weeknight meal!

  • Total Time: 18 minutes

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off

2 tablespoons olive oil or melted unsalted butter

2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning

3 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. Pat the shrimp completely dry with paper towels.

3. In a medium bowl, add the dry shrimp, olive oil (or melted butter), Old Bay seasoning, and minced garlic. Toss well until every shrimp is evenly coated.

4. Place the seasoned shrimp in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.

5. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.

6. The shrimp are done when they are pink, opaque, and have curled into a ‘C’ shape.

7. Transfer the hot shrimp to a serving bowl. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

8. Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side and your favorite dipping sauces.
