Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1 pound ground beef
4 strips beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook beef bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from skillet, let cool, and crumble. Set aside.
2. In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
3. Reduce heat to low and stir in the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Warm the tortillas to make them pliable. Lay one tortilla flat and layer the center with a quarter of the beef mixture, a sprinkle of crumbled bacon, and a generous handful of both cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly into a burrito.
6. Place the burrito seam-side down in a clean, hot skillet. Toast for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
7. Serve immediately.
