- 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Cook steaks in a skillet over medium-high heat until desired doneness; remove and rest.
- Melt butter in skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Deglaze with bourbon; simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Add cream, stir, and simmer until thickened.
- Season sauce with salt and pepper.
- Return steaks to skillet and spoon sauce over.
- Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
