Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook steaks in a skillet over medium-high heat until desired doneness; remove and rest.
  3. Melt butter in skillet, add garlic, and cook until fragrant.
  4. Deglaze with bourbon; simmer 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add cream, stir, and simmer until thickened.
  6. Season sauce with salt and pepper.
  7. Return steaks to skillet and spoon sauce over.
  8. Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
