Instructions
- Add pink salt to purified water.
- Stir until completely dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar if using.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
- Wait 20–30 minutes before eating breakfast.

- Use only fine grain Himalayan pink salt.
- Drink in the morning on an empty stomach.
