Ingredients
Scale
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
½ tsp grated ginger
8–12 oz warm water
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a glass or jar.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Drink slowly on an empty stomach.
4. Use a straw to protect teeth from acid.
5. Store extra in fridge for up to 2 days.
Notes
Best used in the morning or before meals.
Avoid taking close to bedtime.
Cycle 2–3 weeks on, then 5 days off.
