Ingredients

  • 1 glass warm water (812 oz)
  • Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds (soaked for 5 mins)
  • Optional: Pinch of cayenne or turmeric

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients together in a glass or jar.
  • Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Follow with a glass of plain water after 15 minutes.

Notes

  • Use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar with “the mother” for best results.
  • Chia seeds add fiber and help keep you full longer.
