Ingredients

- 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 glass warm water (8–12 oz)
- Optional: 1 tsp psyllium husk
- Optional: 500 mg berberine capsule
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a glass or mason jar.
- Stir thoroughly until fully mixed.
- Drink slowly 20–30 minutes before your first meal.
- Follow with a second glass of plain water for best results.
