Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk pancake mix, milk, maple syrup, and eggs until just combined
  2. Fold in sausage crumbles and shredded cheese.
  3. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin and divide batter evenly.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, until golden and set.
