- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk pancake mix, milk, maple syrup, and eggs until just combined
- Fold in sausage crumbles and shredded cheese.
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin and divide batter evenly.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes, until golden and set.
- Cool slightly before removing from the tin.
- Drizzle with warm maple syrup and serve.
