2 to 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken stock (or water)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly-cracked black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Combine Ingredients: Place chicken breasts, seasoning, and chicken stock into the Instant Pot. Toss briefly, then arrange in an even layer.

Pressure Cook: Cover and set the lid valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow a 5-minute natural release, then carefully switch to quick release.

Shred: Remove the lid and use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the pot. Toss well with the juices.
