Arrange the Eggs: Place eggs in a single layer on the rack, ensuring they don’t touch the bottom of the pot.

Pressure Cook the Eggs: Close the lid and set the valve to “sealing.” Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

Natural Release: Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 3 minutes.

Quick Release Safely: After 3 minutes, carefully switch the valve to “venting” to release remaining steam. Place a towel over the vent if needed.

Ice Bath Cooling: Transfer eggs immediately to a bowl filled with ice water. Let them sit for 5 minutes to cool completely.
