Homemade Big Mac Wraps With Special Sauce

A fast-food classic turned fresh — cheesy beef, lettuce, pickles, onions, and the iconic sauce wrapped in a toasted tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced onions

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef with seasonings until browned; drain.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and paprika for sauce.
  3. Warm tortillas, sprinkle cheese, add beef, lettuce, pickles, and onions.
  4. Drizzle with sauce, roll wraps, and toast briefly in skillet.
  5. Slice and serve warm with extra sauce.
