- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup diced onions
Instructions
- Cook ground beef with seasonings until browned; drain.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and paprika for sauce.
- Warm tortillas, sprinkle cheese, add beef, lettuce, pickles, and onions.
- Drizzle with sauce, roll wraps, and toast briefly in skillet.
- Slice and serve warm with extra sauce.
