Ingredients
* 1 pre-made pizza crust
* 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
* 1 cup cranberry sauce
* 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
* Fresh herbs for garnish (thyme or parsley)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
2. Shred the cooked chicken and let the brie come to room temperature.
3. Spread cranberry sauce over the pizza crust.
4. Layer the shredded chicken, brie, red onions, and mozzarella cheese.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
6. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs, slice, and enjoy!
