1 cup hot black coffee
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)
Pinch of turmeric or ginger (optional)
Instructions
1. Brew fresh hot coffee.
2. While still hot, stir in cinnamon.
3. Add lemon juice and honey; mix well.
4. Optionally add turmeric or ginger.
5. Drink on an empty stomach before your first meal.
Notes
Drink 20–30 minutes before breakfast for best results.
Avoid adding sugar or milk.
