1 ⅔ cups all-purpose Flour
1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
½ cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
⅓ cup water
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven and Get the Pan Ready
First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a big mixing bowl, combine the Flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger, whisking them together. Mixing the dry ingredients first ensures that the spices are evenly distributed throughout the bread.
Step 3: Combine the Wet Ingredients
Whisk together the pumpkin, oil, eggs, and water in a separate bowl until smooth. The oil helps keep the bread moist, while the eggs provide structure.
Step 4: Mix the Batter
Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until blended. Do not mix, as this could lead to dense bread.
Step 5: Bake the Bread
