Ingredients
2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
3 medium zucchinis, sliced
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Fresh basil, for optional garnish
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, sliced zucchinis, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with olive oil.

Spread the chicken and zucchini mixture evenly in the dish.

Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let cool briefly before serving. Add fresh basil for garnish if desired.
