  • 4 sub rolls, sliced open

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  2. Add Vegetables – Stir in sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook 5–7 minutes until softened and caramelized.
  3. Melt the Cheese – Sprinkle shredded cheese over chicken and veggies, cover with a lid, and let melt.
  4. Toast the Rolls – Lightly toast the sub rolls until golden and slightly crisp.
  5. Assemble and Serve – Fill rolls with the cheesy chicken mixture and serve hot.
