- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta; add broccoli in last 3 minutes. Drain.
- Heat oil, cook chicken strips until golden; set aside.
- Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, and nutmeg; simmer until thickened.
- Toss pasta, broccoli, and chicken in sauce.
- Serve hot with parsley and Parmesan.
