Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta; add broccoli in last 3 minutes. Drain.
  2. Heat oil, cook chicken strips until golden; set aside.
  3. Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, and nutmeg; simmer until thickened.
  4. Toss pasta, broccoli, and chicken in sauce.
  5. Serve hot with parsley and Parmesan.
