Cheesy Garlic Shrimp Stuffed Shells

Jumbo pasta shells filled with shrimp, ricotta, and Parmesan, smothered in Alfredo, baked until golden, and finished with parsley and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb shrimp, chopped & lightly sautéed
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (or garlic cream sauce)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook jumbo shells until al dente, drain and cool.
  2. Sauté shrimp with garlic, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, half the mozzarella, and shrimp for filling.
  4. Stuff shells and place in baking dish.
  5. Cover with Alfredo sauce, sprinkle mozzarella.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon.
