- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb shrimp, chopped & lightly sautéed
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (or garlic cream sauce)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Cook jumbo shells until al dente, drain and cool.
- Sauté shrimp with garlic, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, half the mozzarella, and shrimp for filling.
- Stuff shells and place in baking dish.
- Cover with Alfredo sauce, sprinkle mozzarella.
- Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon.
