Instructions
- Prepare Lobster Salad: In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, green onion, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
- Toast Croissants (Optional): Brush croissants lightly with melted butter and toast in a skillet until golden and flaky.
- Assemble Rolls: Spoon lobster mixture generously into each croissant.
- Garnish: Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
