Ingredients
¼ tsp Persian or Himalayan blue salt
1 cup warm (not boiling) water
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp dried mint (or 3 fresh leaves)
Optional: ¼ tsp hibiscus powder or pinch of cayenne
Instructions
1. Warm water slightly without boiling
2. Add blue salt and stir until dissolved
3. Squeeze lemon juice into the mix
4. Add mint and optional herbs
5. Let steep for 3–5 minutes
6. Strain if needed and drink warm
Notes
Drink first thing in the morning for optimal absorption
Use consistently at least 5 days a week
Do not exceed recommended salt amount
Avoid adding sweeteners or artificial flavors
