- 2 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 green leaf lettuce leaves (or greens of choice)
- 1 ½ cups finely chopped rotisserie chicken
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing (plus extra for drizzling)
- ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped crispy bacon
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Place a lettuce leaf in the center of each tortilla.
- Add chicken in a line down the lettuce.
- Drizzle ranch over the chicken.
- Sprinkle on cheddar cheese, bacon, tomatoes, and green onions.
- Fold the sides inward, then roll up tightly into a wrap.
- (Optional) Toast in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side for a golden finish.
