- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken with BBQ sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter or oil.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet. On one half, sprinkle cheese, add BBQ chicken, onions (if using), and more cheese.
- Fold the tortilla over. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from skillet. Let cool for a minute. Cut into triangles.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with your favorite dips.
