- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices fresh tomato
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 2 sandwich buns (brioche or sandwich rolls), split and toasted
Instructions
- Cook bacon until nearly crisp (6–8 minutes).
- Brush with BBQ sauce and cook 1–2 minutes more. Drain on paper towels.
- Toast buns in butter until golden.
- Spread ranch on bottom bun, then layer bacon, tomato, lettuce, and cheddar.
- Drizzle with extra ranch, top with bun, and serve hot.
