Ingredients
2 cups crushed tea biscuits
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can Nestlé cream (170g)
1 cup cold whipping cream
1½ cups melted milk chocolate or ganache
¾ cup puffed rice or crushed cornflakes
Instructions
1. Crush the tea biscuits and press them into the bottom of your dish.
2. Whip cold cream to soft peaks, then fold in Nestlé cream and condensed milk.
3. Spread the cream mixture over the biscuit base evenly.
4. Mix melted chocolate with puffed rice or cornflakes to make the krunch.
5. Layer the chocolate krunch over the cream.
6. Pour ganache on top and spread smoothly.
7. Chill in the fridge for 4–6 hours or overnight.
8. Slice and serve cold.
Notes
- Avoid overwhipping the cream.
- Use parchment under the base for easier removal.
- Customize with Nutella or Lotus for flavor variations.
